Shipping Policy
Your first magazine should start arriving within four to ten weeks from the time we receive your order, but can take up to twelve weeks. This depends on the distribution frequency of the specific magazine and to what part of the United States it is being shipped. The more frequently the magazine is published, the faster the subscription will arrive.
Once we receive your order, it is processed within 48 hours and then it can take a week or two for your subscription to be received and scheduled by the publisher. After it is included in the publisher's next production cycle - it is shipped via standard mail.
Please be assured that these are standard industry lead times, although it can vary from publisher to publisher.
Return Policy
All orders can be cancelled as long as the cancel request is received within 24 hours of the time the order is placed. After that, in most cases cancellations will not be accepted. This is because our orders are pre-paid to the publishers and processed promptly so as to ensure that the subscription begins as quickly as possible.
